We had a wonderful time this year when we came to the table for our Vacation Bible School program! Due to COVID-19, we limited our enrollment to 50 children and held most activities outside. We had a staff of 31 volunteers including youth leaders. We explored five stories of Jesus found in the Gospels—through a variety of disciplines— showing the transforming power of Jesus as he welcomed and cared for all people.
Thank you staff, for meeting the challenge that Jesus set before us with your generosity of time and spirit. Special appreciation goes to volunteer director, Sandy Brown, and Dr. Kevin Brown for his enthusiastic opening of worship everyday. We will miss their active presence at APC since they are moving back home to New Orleans in August.
