  • The Book of Joy by Douglas Abrams considers the question, How do you find joy in the midst of so much suffering in our world? The author spent time with Desmond Tutu and the Dalai Lama, and this book shares their wisdom and insight.
  • White Fragility by Robin Diangelo, offers insight into why it’s so hard for white people to talk about racism. For those of us who are white, racial issues often lead to anger, fear, guilt, arguing or silence. The author examines how we can engage more constructively around issues of race.
