Worry is cumbersome. Too often the cares of this world weigh us down and keep us from enjoying the abundant life to which we are called. The Bible has much to teach followers of Jesus about addressing anxiety and freeing ourselves from this challenging emotion. In this week’s sermon, an experienced psychotherapist and ordained gospel minister will explore how to use a biblical perspective to counter worry and anxiety.
