The Interfaith Hospitality Network of the Mainline (IHN) continues to house families at a location in Norristown and also support other families who have been in their program, during this time of COVID and related need. During the week of Monday, November 30 (when ordinarily, Ardmore Presbyterian Church would have helped provide a meal for families experiencing homelessness staying at St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Ardmore), donations of certain items would be very helpful for the families who are being helped by IHN.
Items being especially requested at this time include:
Gift Cards (in modest denominations; especially Visa); Fresh Fruit; Beverages (e.g. Juices with no added sugars); Diapers (requested sizes include Size 3 & Pull-Ups Size 4T/5T); Meals for Families of 3-5 people (preference is that it NOT be a casserole and there are a couple of other food item restrictions and/or preferences).
If you are able to provide any of these items, it is requested that you do the following:
- Contact Schaunel Steinnagel, to say what you are bringing and/or to get further details (rvschaunel@aol.com or 610-658-2636 Home/302-463-0542 Cell).
- Plan to drop off your contribution at St. Mary s Episcopal Church (Ardmore Avenue, Ardmore) between 12 & 1 p.m. on Monday, November 30 or Friday, December 4.
Thank you very much for your help! Schaunel
