HEARTFELT THANKS TO ALL THOSE WHO HELPED TO ENCOURAGE YOUNG CHILDREN TO READ THROUGH YOUR BOOK DONATIONS TO THE MATERNITY CARE COALITION MOTHER’S DAY EVENT
There was joy and thankfulness in the MCC office when we called them to say that over 200 books were received for their clients to take home and read to their children or have older siblings read to them and for MCC’s Early Head Start Learning Center. Partnering with our church family was our APC Preschool parents who brought in many recent titles and favorites. Thank you all for sharing with those who don’t have sufficient resources to purchase books for their children. We got an amazing selection of books (with very few duplicates).
