We observe Good Friday as a day to remember the crucifixion of Jesus. It’s a day of prayer, fasting, and reflection on the suffering of Christ.
We gather at noon on this day, to remember the time of 9 a.m. to Noon, the time it is believed Christ suffered on the cross, ultimately commending his sprit to the Father at Noon.
This solemn service takes place on our church lawn and ends in silence as we mourn and await our Risen Lord.
