Ardmore Presbyterian Weekday Preschool is a Christian preschool which emphasizes Christian values and attitudes and an appreciation of the wonders of God's world in an atmosphere which nurtures social, emotional, intellectual and physical growth. Woven into the basic preschool curriculum and pre-kindergarten readiness activities are field trips, visits from community helpers, special guest programs, and Christian celebrations.

An active Parents' Group meets monthly for friendship-building, activities and speakers. Activities are also planned with children and parents. Family Fun Night, planned by parents, is a favorite annual fund-raising event to benefit the school.
The school occupies the educational wing of the beautiful neo-Gothic style Ardmore Presbyterian Church, located in the town of Ardmore along the Main Line area of suburban Philadelphia. We celebrated our 50th Anniversary in 1998, making us the oldest operating church-affiliated preschool in Pennsylvania. The classrooms are large, bright and cheerful.
The school features a secure, enclosed playground with safe up-to-date equipment and also a large indoor playroom with climbing equipment and a nice variety of mini-wheeled vehicles and horses.
Each morning the children are greeted in a carpool line at a covered entryway by both the preschool director and the administrator. At pick-up time the children are individually escorted to the cars in the carpool line. It is not necessary for parents to park and escort children (except for the Mothers' Day Out Program).
The building, equipped with a smoke detection system and fire alarms, is locked at all times.
